Founded in 2024, PowHERful Pathways was created with a deep passion for helping women learn, grow, and rediscover their full potential. We believe in the power of personal growth and lifelong learning, and we understand the unique challenges that women, especially stay-at-home moms, face when pursuing opportunities to learn. Our goal is to make personal development accessible, empowering women to invest in themselves emotionally, physically, intellectually, and spiritually while contributing to their homes, families, and communities. At PowHERful Pathways, we offer a range of resources tailored to fit various lifestyles and learning preferences. We foster a supportive community where women can share their experiences, exchange knowledge, and uplift each other. By tackling obstacles and embracing opportunities together, we aim to create an environment of encouragement and motivation, ultimately helping women to thrive in every aspect of life.

Our mission is to support women on their journey of self-discovery by providing practical, affordable, and engaging non-traditional learning opportunities that build confidence and unlock their full potential.
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Kyla Ford
Kyla Ford was raised in Sacramento, California and graduated from Del Campo High School. Kyla was raised by a stay-at-home mom who poured her heart into home and family, and a father who earned his doctorate through years of disciplined study. Their example taught her that education is both a privilege and a sacrifice — something worth working for, protecting, and passing on.
Kyla earned a degree in Marriage and Family studies from Brigham Young University Idaho. Kyla and her husband Kevin currently live in Provo, Utah with their three children.
